MEMORANDUM FOR ALL INTERESTED PERSONNEL                                                                                                             4 SEP 99

FROM: 146 ALCF/CC

SUBJECT: TALCE WORKSHOP

This is the latest update for all you conferees.  The rubber meets the road and we need your money (show us the money).  Please send us your registration fee, as we need the money to cover our operating expenses that cannot be covered by government funds.

We also need your input from those of you who have not sent us your information regarding arrival / departure dates (needed for room reservations), T-shirt size, team bonding, etc.

Our Comm flight folks have set up a DSN accessible phone line from the Casa Sirena Hotel where most of the conference will be held and most of you will stay.

If you require transportation from the Oxanrd airport let us know so we can arrange a shuttle for you.

Uniform: your normal working uniform on the 15th, and or civilian attire (your option) on the 16th, 17th, and 18th.

There will be a luau theme dinner on the 16th and a prize for the best and worst Hawaiian attire.

Fun Time! We have the following options available for your enjoyment, please pick only one or none on the attached sheet:
Fishing – (half day) approximately $30.00 to $40.00
Sailing Trip – (half day trip on Bill’s boat)
Golf – Port Hueneme Navy Base with the Lt. ($7.00 – $20.00 per person depending on rank and cart options)

Looking forward to seeing all of you out here for a productive and fun filled time.
